Freeport Parkway
As per your request for information on status of Freeport Parkway
dated 1/8/88, received 1/13/88.
Freeport Parkway Preliminary Plat was approved on 1/12/88 with
stipulations that all punch list items submitted by Randy Fleming
dated 11/16/87 and all landscape commitment amenities will be
completed prior to final plat. Final plat stipulations are that
they participate in the cost of drop structure in Grapevine Creek,
Public Works staff verification and approval of punch list, and
landscape items.
In ascertaining your requested information, I talked with Kevin
Pieffer of Ginn, Inc.. Upon your direction I can set up a meeting
with Kevin Pieffer and Public Works to coordinate responsibilities
and discuss concerns and deficiencies if any that were not men-
tioned on the punch list.
This project was approved for construction by Ginn, Inc. on 6/30/85
and was under the inSpection of Ginn, Inc..
