Steve, please ascertain information from Randy Fleming. or
Gabe Favre of Ginn Inc. regarding the Freeport Parkway status.
As you will recall, representatives of this development were
anxious in trying to get City acceptance and subsequent
approval in order that they can begin their, process of
marketing the property. Please verify the status of this
situation and respond back to me by January 15, 1988. There
are several outstanding concerns that Public Works operations
maintenance has which have been expressed to me over the
course of the last 3 or 4 months, and I want to make sure
that the "big picture" is' represented prior to any approval
by staff or plat approval by City Council. If you have any
questions, please advise.
