Stolen Bridge Railing on Freeport Parkway
In reference to your memorandum of December 9, 1987, I need the cost of
the parts provided for two very important reasons:
To insure that the City's loss is being covered adequately
by providing cost'information on the stolen items.
To insure that the claim is processed in a very timely
fashion.
Mr. Campagna has assured me that this is a Covered loss and is requesting
this information in order to process the claim.
His requesting this information is not an irregular request, thus I will
be expecting this information by Wednesday, December 16, 1987.
