Confirming our telephone quotation this morning, we will be
~)]eased to furnish replacement railing as follows:
Complete rails, top and bottom, with all necessary splices,
clamp bars , bolts, end caps, and including 3 posts and pads; per
CA2-1 rail in G.S.I. catalog, page 9.
Total rail length 584 LF ............................ @ $20.65 LF
Price quoted is strictly to the City of Coppell for direct
purchase and includes delivery, approximately 5 weeks after
order.
This offer stipulates that delivery may be made in ONE SHIPMENT,
or more at our option.
Prices quoted are FOB trucks, our plant, with full freight
allowed, and do not include any state or local sales or use
taxes, should such apply. This quotation is valid for 30 days.
Terms are net 30 days; NOT RETAINAGE, with 1-1/2% per month late
charge for accounts past 30 days. Terms apply to partial
shipments. Any order resulting from this quotation will be
subject to these terms. Payments are to be made at 10310-A Plano
Road, Dallas, TX 75238.
