1 have contacted the engineer- Kyle, Johnston & Assoc. and spoke
with Mr. Bob Kyle who located the contractor. Texas Bithulithic
was the contractor. I spoke with Steve Millington of Texas
B~thulithfc who checked through his files and located the supplier-
(;o'r'<lon Special. ties. Mr. Gordon Tovey of Gordon Specialties has
~u[~.'ned my call and he will call me back on Friday or Monday with
ct~e prices of those materials.

, .... ~..: investigation concerning the actual value of the parts stolen
~,-i the cost associated with the actual replacement.
Mr. Tovey had indicated that the particular style of post may no
longer be available and that we may have to adapt or convert to
the present improved style which could affect the outcome of the
claim.

Campagne will contact Mr. Gordon Tovey directly to obtain the pricing
