Abram St. Arlington, TX 76010 Re: Freeport Parkway project from IH-635 to Gateway Blvd. - Coppell, TX Dear Mr. Starowicz: As we discussed in our telephone conversation earlier this afternoon, I am writing this letter to itemize the steps which must be taken to achieve the final acceptance of the City of Coppell for the street paving, drainage, water and sanitary sewer systems, and land landscaping improvements included in the above captioned project. At the time that work ceased on the project a final walk through inspection had been conducted with City personnel and a final "punch list" was developed. To the best of our knowledge, the punch list items, including the furnishing of one year maintenance bonds, were never completed. Therefore, the following items must be complied with: Submit documentation attesting, that all liens against the facilities included in the project have been satisfied. e Contact the City of Coppell Public Works Department to schedule a "walk through" inspection for the purpose of identifying any deficiencies in the facilities which must be brought up to the applicable City standards in effect at the time of Final Plat acceptance, prior to acceptance by the City of Coppell. Perform the work required to bring the facilities to an acceptable level of compliance with the above mentioned City standards. 4. Request a Final Inspection upon completion of #3. Furnish a bond in the amount of 10% of the Contract amount for the original construction guaranteeing workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of acceptance by the City. Furnish documentation that attests to the existence of a property owners association which is responsible for maintenance of the items covered by the Streetscape Plan. 17103 Preston Road ® Suite 100 · I.B 118 · Dalta~, Texas 75248 · Phone 214/248.4900 e Furnish and install street fol lowing: lighting in accordance with the A® Ce Street lighting shall conform to the latest edition of the Illuminating Engineering Society Handbook.
