In response to your inquiry on February 25, 1986, regarding
acceptance to the utilities installed by Goodbrand
Construction, my comments are as follows.
Contingent upon the utilities, verbal approval was given to
release the project for subgrade and paving operations.
Although final acceptance cannot be acknowledged at this
time, the' conditional acceptance of utilities will not
release Goodbrand Construction Company from fulfilling
obligations after the paving is completed.
