We refer to the above mentioned contract between Goodbrand
Construction, Inc. and Triland Investment Group and wish to take
this opportunity to advise that the final deficiency (filling the
repair gap in the 2#-inch and 18-inch sanitary sewer lines) has
been remedied.
We request your final approval as per General Conditions
5.06 of our contract which states, in part, "... The work shall
not be finally corpleted until the~ obtains from the
CITY, by Letter of Acceptance, their final approval of the work."
