Dear fir. Proctor:
Enclosed are two copies of a contract prepared by the
St. Louis Southwestern Railway Company and a check ( #311) in
the amount of $260.00 from Riverchase Joint Venture, the
owners of the Riverchase project. Since the City of Coppell
will be the eventual owners of the waterline, the Railroad
requires that the City execute the contracts.
You may want to forward a copy to the City attorney for his
review and comments prior to having the Mayor execute both
copies in the space provided; then return both signed copies
and the enclosed check to:
