Dear Ms. Vick:
We have reviewed the revised channel plans for MacArthur Boulevard
Improvements in Coppell, Texas. The 13.5 foot setback from the edge of
Texas Power & Light transmission will meet our space requirements. The
drawings do not indicate a crossing point in the channel capable of
supporting H-20 loading as discussed in our meeting of October 4, 1985.
This crossing is necessary for Texas Power & Light approval of your
plans.
