Gentlemen:
Please be advised that the standard crossing agreement previously
sent to you regarding your crossing Explorer's 12" pipeline with
a water line and McArthur Road is supplemented by this letter.
Explorer requires a concrete slab to be installed over the 12" pipe-
line according to the attached sketch. Concrete slab to be installed
at the point the drainage ditch crosses Explorer's right of way
in the ditch area which has already been cut by your contractor.
No construction is to be done on Explorer's right of way without
previously contacting
