Discussed in the meeting was the proposed R.O.W. of MacArthur Blvd. within
the City limits of Carrollton. Mr. Eades suggested two ways to resolve this
issue:
I) Seperate PIat to be presented to the City of CarroIiton
2) Dedicate the proposed R.O.W. by seperate instrument.
