Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Storage Tank
Dear Mr. Swinnea:
The City of Coppeil has reviewed the need to have a ladder cage installed on the ladder inside the steel tank
(exterior of the dry riser) and has decided that it is not necessary. It is our understanding that this ladder will
be installed with a safety climb device and the ladder cage is a redundancy. The ladder cage may hamper the
access for future tank inspections that involve scuba divers. If this ladder cage has already been installed you
are hereby directed to remove it before the City will take final acceptance of the tank.
