RE: Overtime Pay Requests
This memo is written per our conversation today, concerning my request for
contractor's on the Elevated Storage Tank and the 24" water line, Landmark Construction
and Fox Construction respectfully, to work on Saturdays or Sundays as needed to
expeditiously complete the installation of the water line and the elevated storage tank. These
two facilities are critical in meeting our water demands for the snmmer months.
I have instructed my inspectors not to access overtime fees to these two particular
contractors, as it is in the City's best interest to complete these projects as soon as possible.
