We acknowledge receipt of the attached Handwritten Memorandum
concerning the need for hydraulic analysis of the Cottonwood
Branch Bridge Improvements. To the best of our knowledge, Carl
Anderson probably did not furnish correspondence. He only
performed the FEMA studies on the bridge that he felt were
necessary.
