'It is proposed to install double fixture fE Decashield street lights on 66-Union Metal poles with TU Electric provided foundations- The street lights will incorporate a customer provided and installed conduit system. TO Electric will install the street lights and the foundations for $88,440.00. This represents the difference in cost between the underground facilities you requested and our standard overhead facilities. Flease indicate your preferred method of payment for this installation. Contractor proposed $ 40,000.00 reduction in estimated Contract Price; the alternate bid item for a retaining wall (which is no longer needed); and the additional cost of the Contractor's proposed Alternate Trench Safety System.
