Dear Mr. Doyle:
This letter is in response to your handwritten notes on the
attached correspondence. For the past two weeks I have mentioned
this situation to Mr. Scott Balch of L.H. Lacy Co. in our weekly
progress meetings. As of this date I have received no response
from L.H. Lacy Co. concerning this item and they have apparently
not made any changes to their traffic control plan in front of
Town Center.
By copy of this letter I am once again bringing this item to
their attention. A written response is now required. I regret
that you have had to spend your valuable time following up on
this issue.
