RE: Denton Tap Median Breaks
Dear Mr. Doyle:
In accordance with your request, ABQ is agreeing to the
following items regarding median openings and left turn lanes in
Denton Tap Road.
1. ABQ Development agrees to pay estimated cost of
$29,254.21 for the engineering, testing, inspection, and
construction of the median openings and left turn lanes in
Denton Tap Road as identified in Mr. John Karlsruher's
letter dated March 17, 1989.
2. ABQ Development agrees to deposit funds with the city
of Coppell within five (5) business days after the City
Council approves Change Order No. 2 which includes the
median openings and left turn lanes in Denton Tap Road.
This letter supersedes any previous letters from ABQ on this
subject.
