Re: Median Openings and Left Hand Turn Lanes - Denton Tap Construction
Dear Russell:
I received a copy of John Karlsruher's letter of March 17, 1989 regarding the referenced
construction. According to Jerry Parche', you need a commitment for lhat portion of the cost of
the construction proposed under the change order which is attributable to the Parks of Coppell
Joint Venture. I have attached a copy of the cost breakdown which I understand was provided by
John Karlsruher.
You may consider this letter as the commitment of the Parks of Coppell Joint Venture to
reimburse the City of Coppell for up to $9,547.60; being the estimated amount of the following
construction cosl;
e
100% of the cost of constructing lhe south bound lefl-hand turn lane at station
178+17.77; which we understand to be the future intersection of Denton Tap road
and the proposed Center Plaza Boulevard to Ihe easl which is a part of Ihe Coppoll
Health Center Plat, and future Mills Land to the West of Denton Tap.
One half of the cosl of construction a median opening al station 182+44.
One half of the cosl of construclion a median opening al slalion 186+98.
