Dear Mr. Walsh~
In response to your attached letter, I asked the Denton Tap Road Project
Engineers, Ginn, Inc., to respond to your concern and attached is a copy of
their response. They have copied Richard Diano, the City's Parks Manager
and Coordinator for the City's streetscape program.
I'm sure Mr. Diano will assure replacement of the brick planter and other
related landscaping during the construction of the thoroughfare improvement.
Mr. Diano and other City Staff both monitor this work with the Project
Design Engineers and have the opportunity to make final inspection prior
to the acceptance of the completed project.
Please feel free to contact either Mr. Diano regarding questions on the
landscaping, or myself regard~,~g any other aspect of this capital project.
We certainly appreciate your interest and concern for keeping the City of
Coppell a ~eautiful and enjoyable place to live and shop.

Please note that if you need any desisn changes and/or field adjustments, we
would need them as soon as possible. As you probably know, the Denton Tap
Road Project is progressing alon8 and any possible cost savix~s~ etc. by adjust-
ments prior to placement of improvements on the ~round may be lost.
