Here's what I expect to see for the restaurants
As far as the fire sprinkler is concerned, I don't think Coppell likes the fireline running under the building. They
usually make me place the closet on an outside wall with the FDC detached from the building.
Not sure what the fireman would prefer on these, a little tougher to plan since the buildings are so close to the
right -of -way. My guess is he would stay in the landscaped space adjacent to the dumpster enclosures where he
can connect his truck from the street. I'll defer to you on that one. You may want to check with Keith since he
routinely deals with them.
