Dear Mr. Powell:
Attached are duplicate counterparts of a proposed street
easement to cover construction of MacArthur Boulevard. Also,
attached is a Detail of Estimate in the amount of
$182,732.00, covering signal and track work by the railroad.
It is our understanding that the monies for this construction
are to be provided by the developers who are constructing
MacArthur Boulevard and should not have to come from City
funds.
The form is a standard form as prepared by the railroad. You
may want to forward a copy to the City Attorney for his
review and comments prior to having the Mayor and City
Secretary execute both copies in the space provided. Then
return both signed copies to:
