Dear Mr. Swinnea:
We are enclosing five copies of Change Order Number 5 to your contract with the City of Coppell, for the
construction of the Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Storage Tank. Change Order Number 5 provides for that
extra work required for the deletion of the proposed 24-inch butterfly valve in the yard and furnishing and
installing a 20-inch flanged butterfly valve below the expansion joint in the stainless steel chamber piping.
If this change order is acceptable, please sign and return all five copies to this office.

A. INTENT OF CHANGE ORDER
The intent of this change order is to modify the provisions of the contract entered into between the City of
Coppell, Texas and Landmark Structures, Inc., 1665 Harmon Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76177, for
construction of the Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Storage Tank, dated March 10, 1998.
B. DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE
Deletion of the proposed 24-inch butterfly valve in the yard and furnishing and installing a 20-inch ~anged
butterfly valve below the expansion joint in the stainless steel chamber piping.
