The City Manager informed Mr. Kevin Peiffer
had received a request from Mr. Jay Turner
the businesses along Denton Tap Road) for a meeting with project
personnel and the businesses to address such things as thej~~0
upcoming traffic switch to the new pavement, access, median 6~3~
openings, and etc. Mr. Turner has offered the use of his office ~-~}~
as the meeting place, and he has volunteered to make all of the
contacts with the interested businesses if we will call him and
set up a time for the meeting. Mr. Ratliff requested that we
contact Mr. Turner set this meeting up, and attend to make the
presentation and answer questions.
If you prefer, I will make the contact with Mr. Turner and get
the ball rolling. His telephone number is 462-7420 in case you
want to set up the meeting. In either case, please be informed
that I will not be available for the meeting for the period
beginning March 18, 1989 and ending March 23, 1989, since I will
be out of town. If you wish that I make the arrangements, please
call me as soon as possible and let me know your preference of
the time and date for this event. I suggest that we try for late
afternoon Wednesday or Thursday of next week.
