CHANGE ORDER #2 DENTON TAP ROAD
The Contractor for subject project has just presented to Ginn, Inc. new
costs regarding the change order that increased the costs for the work to
be done. We need to evaluate the matter and coordinate the same with ABQ
and Univest, those property owners who requested the new median openings
and left turn lanes.
Therefore, we respectfully request that agenda Item 24B be pulled and
returned to staff so that we can revise and resubmit to the City Council
at a later date.
Construction Joints are already provided, and I am advised that no delay
in the main lanes will occur due to the delay in consideration and
approval of these items. Thank you.
