We are ok with the attached profile with the understanding that the most Southeastern lot on the 32 lot
block will have approximately 8 steps. And as the lots go North the amount of steps will be reduced due
to natural grade.

Take a look at this profile across the eastern town homes to see what we're dealing with. The profile is
run through the two southern -most lots showing finished floors, driveways, the alley and the stairs on the
east side. Right now, in this example we're looking at 8 risers. Let me know what you think.
