Dan,
We met with Greg Yancy and Tim Oates this afternoon to talk about services for the retail area. We have
decided to eliminate the main lines from the alley in this area and go with the option you presented this
morning.
We will not be installing any of the services that are fed from Hammond at this time. These will be
installed by the developer at the time they build the buildings. We are also able to eliminate the fire
hydrant back there.

Keith,
Attached is the updated developer cost spreadsheet. The WL and SS pipe is only for the retail drive area
(outside of the ROW). The WL and SS pipe in the residential alleys was already taken out. However, I
did adjust the SSMH number from 5 to 2.
Also, we are still showing RCP and Grate/Curb inlets as a developer cost (even in the residential alley).
Would you like me to remove those quantities from the developer cost? If so, I can update those
numbers for you and send it back today.
