Greg,
I do not have a schedule from JRJ yet. The contract allowed the contractor to bid the number of days
they expected to take, and JRJ bid 350 calendar days. I expect to issue them a notice to proceed, with
their contract time beginning no later than November 1st, which would have them complete by mid
October 2012.
We also included incentives for early completion of certain milestones as well as an overall incentive for
early completion of the whole project. One of the milestones is the release of the 9 residential lots closest
to Houston Street no later than June 1, 2012. If these 9 lots are released prior to June 1, they will earn an
incentive of $500 per day. If the overall project is complete in less than 350 days, they will earn an
incentive of $1,000 per day for early completion.
I hope this is helpful. I expect to have a schedule from them showing greater detail before they begin
work.

Do we have a calendar from RJR from their bid?
We're trying to finish our contract with Darling and they are requesting an
estimate from us.
