No problem. I've got it on my calendar. Is it safe to say that's our meeting for the week?

I'm sorry...I thought I copied you on my email but didn't realize you weren't on there until Greg's response.
Tuesday, October 4th at 9:00 a.m. is when we will meet out at the site.

I'd like to do something large, like 8'x8'. Probably would set the sign at least six feet above grade.
My guess is we couldn't get artwork and a permit before Nov 1 anyway, so it shouldn't conflict with the
market.
If you want us to use your guy that did the rendering, we can. If not, Bobby has a sign guy that does these
routinely.
I would expect the project name; rendering; bullet points of the project; anticipated completion date; and a
band along the bottom for information to include us, the City and Darling. If we can get room for Freese
and Peck, we need to acknowledge them.
Tuesday is great, I haven't had a Stubbs in a very long time.

Greg,

Can you tell us what the sign will look like (what elements it will contain)? Are you going to anchor the
sign? As you know, the Farmers Market is currently located there. You would have to wait until they
moved (October 15th) to not be in their way, but further more, Keith is concerned that the contractor might
want to stage some equipment in that location.
Would you have time to meet Keith and I out at the site around 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 4th to
discuss the issue and explore some options a little further?
Thanks.

Can we move ahead to produce the project sign?
We want to get one up near the present farmer's market site asap. I told Charles we may have to move it
after the temporary road is no longer in use and he said that was fine.
If it's in the center of Cottage Lot 3, I think it would be fine to grade around it and there are no utilities
planned there.
I have the domain name reserved but would add it later. Darling wants their stuff up now.
Thanks,
