For some reason, Atmos asked me who the installing contractor would be
before they would discuss any rebates with us for any portion of the gas
main extension.
Charles has been paying $650-$1000 per lot in Las Colinas on his previous
deals and we are north of $1500. Just trying to make sure Atmos can't give
us any relief.

Greg,
I don't have a list of sub-contractors at this time. We usually
receive that information at the pre-construction conference.
We are still waiting to receive signed contracts back from JRJ. Once
we have those, we'll look to schedule the pre-con.
