The attached report we received from W&M included the TCEQ letter from April 13, 2011 referring to proper
plugging of the test wells and Final Site Closure Report form TCEQ-0030. Do you know if this is completed or in
progress?
Are there any other third party reports we have not received?
Somehow we lost track of this issue and were under the impression that the affected soil had been removed.
Until we read the attached executive summary, we did not realize the option property had any open
