Greg,
TWC has to go thru the proper channels thru our sales dept. for any discussions about pipe being placed
for this development.
It is the responsibility of the developer to place pipe for TWC if they want out services. We do not place
infrastructure into new developments at our expense.
I would think the developer would place pipe for all utilities prior to the development to avoid the streets
being tore up after the fact.
I have copied Jeff Joyce who would be the contact once this goes thru our sales dept.
