Due to visibility complaints we have prepared the attached drawing showing conflict with the recently
constructed on street parking along Coppell Road. The blue lines represent the desired sight visibility,
and the yellow line represents the minimum acceptable visibility. The dimension for these lines are
directly from the Subdivision Ordinance, pages 67 and 69.
As you can see there are a number of spaces that, when occupied, will obstruct visibility at intersecting
streets and driveways. We have marked the two spaces immediately adjacent to the service center
driveway as "compact cars only". This has had limited success.
We are working toward a solution to this issue.
