Mr. & Mrs. Fleming,
It was a pleasure meeting you this morning. I would like to recap what was discussed. Please let me know if I
have missed anything.
1) You were concerned about the crape myrtle tree at the corner of Deforest & Allen. The HOA required you/
your builder to install. We will be contacting your HOA to discuss.
2) You wanted further clarification as to what part of your property we were requesting. I believe we were able
to help delineate it for you as a 10' x 10' corner clip.
3) Along with the last comment, you wanted to make sure that we would be modifying the existing fence to the
same standard of construction that it currently is. As described, this will be performed by the contractor as part
of the project and will be re-constructed to meet the same standard it is today.
4) You mentioned that the HOA installed the bushes/trees along the alley. We will be contacting the HOA about
this as well.
