It was a pleasure talking with you this morning. As discussed we have two items to work out.
1) 880 Brentwood Dr. Phil & Mimi Fleming - We are requesting a 10' x 10' ROW clip of their northwest
corner of their property for the construction of Deforest Road. (See attached)
This work will require the removal of some landscaping & one crape myrtle tree. The Flemings and the
City want to make sure that this will not cause them problems with the HOA.
2) Along the alley for Brentwood (884 -900) the existing bushes may not be able to be maintained during
construction. These are within the Public ROW.
