1) Traffic signal is to be installed with Deforest Road Improvements.
2) Sidewalks will be installed on both sides of Deforest.
3) I believe the utility running down MacArthur is fiber optic for Time
warner.

I am the Estates of Cambridge Manor HOA President. Thank you for your
phone message the other day updating the progress for Deforest Road.
I wanted to confirm two design items that have become critical to many
HOA members: sidewalks and traffic light. In the current design, do
sidewalks remain on both sides of the street, and is the light still
planned for Deforest and Macarthur?
Out of personal curiosity, what utility is being pulled down the east
