1) Please see attached. Note that the waterline is 10" not 8".
Have you ever used our public documents on the web page?
http://www.ci.coppell.tx.us/online-services/public-documents
Follow the link, select Engineering and then all subdivision files are under Named projects.
2) We have stubbed water on both Inglenook and Prestwick so no additional water needs to be stubbed
for the Estrada Property.

George: We had jotted down somethings on a full size set of 65% plans that are at the City of Coppell
offices somewhere. Two things were written down on those plans that I need. 1) Info on the Allen Road
intersection waterline. 2) Possibly running water to the Estrada property and setting a hydrant.
Mike looked at the intersection of Allen for us but we jotted the info on the plan.

Thanks, it was the valve offset from the hydrant that didn’t make any sense to me.

Dan,
Attached are the as-builts, which you should already have, and a gis drawing of what the water does. The 2
meter cans shown on your plans on the southwest corner of Deforest and Allen rd. and the 1 valve are not
in use and are for irrigation. There is a meter in one can and the other can is empty. The water line along
Allen Rd. is a 10" not an 8". The valves shown on your plans on the north side of Deforest are correct. The
fire hydrant valve is correct as well.
I am working on going through the plans but have not made it very far, my goal is to complete them by the
first of December.
If you have any questions please contact me at your convenience.
