RE: Denton Tap Median Opening/Left Turn Lanes
Dear Mr. Doyle:
In accordance with previous established procedures, ABQ
Development Corporation requests and agrees to the following
items regarding median openings and left turn lanes in Denton Tap
Road.
1)
ABQ Development agrees to pay for the Engineering,
Testing, Inspection, and Construction of the
median openings and left turn lanes in Denton Tap
Road. Attached is a summary of this cost
(25,705.46)
2)
ABQ Development agrees to deposit the funds with
the City of Coppell within five (5) business days
after City Council approval of a change order.
This letter supersedes our letter of January 4, 1989. The
cost of the northern median opening addressed in the January 4th
letter is in this summary. Therefore, ABQ Development is
agreeing to pay our prorata share, a total of $25,705.46, for all
of the median openings and left turn lanes in Denton Tap.
