I have the design complete and I am working on getting Oncor’s underground potholed to determine existing
depths to see if I need to lower our cable. I should be ready to release this project to construction by the end of
August.

I was wondering where you might be at on the relocation design for Deforest Road here in Coppell? We
discussed this back on Feb 18th 2010. At this point we have acquired all the ROW except two parcels and the
design is at 95%.
