Re: Median Openings and Left Hand Turn Lanes - Denton Tap Construction
Dear Russell:
I received a copy of Jerry Parche's letter to Jay Chester of January 28, 1989 regarding the
referenced construction. According to that letter, you need a commitment for that portion of
the cost of the construction proposed under the change order which is attributable to the
Parks of Coppell Joint Venture. I have attached a copy of the cost breakdown which I
understand was provided to Jerry Parche'.
You may consider this letter as the commitment of the Parks of Coppell Joint Venture to
reimburse the City of Coppell for up to $8,357.58; being the estimated amount of the
following construction cost;
100% of the cost of constructing the south bound left-hand turn lane at station
178+17.77; which we understand to be the future intersection of Denton Tap
road an(J the proposed Center Plaz~.J;f~3ule.~L~ ~he east which ,s a part of the
Coppell Health Center Plat, and f~.~M_i~;~~, the west of Denton Tap.
One half of tile cost of constructing a median opening at station 182+44.
One half of the cost of constructing a median opening at station 186+98.
