I have added the pole below to the project to relocate, and I have attached the permit request to this e-mail. Can

It appears the existing pole on the north side of the road at approximately 9+75 will be located within the
proposed retaining wall and sidewalk. Can you relocate this out of the sidewalk?

George,
I am finishing up the design for this project and just wanted to make sure that all of the ROW has been secured
and the landowners that back up to the alleys where the new poles are going are aware of our intentions to
place the facilities there. I should be submitting the permit request within the next week or so, with construction
to start sometime in September, and just wanted to make sure we were good to go. Thanks!

I was wondering where you might be at on the relocation design for Deforest Road here in Coppell? We
discussed this back on Feb 18th 2010. At this point we have acquired all the ROW except two parcels and the
design is at 95%.
