George, I am in no way trying to be ugly here but if the sprinklers and trees are in the street row, why are they
and why do we a franchise paying utility responsible for them. Just wanting to know. Michael, get with the
contractors and find out what is going on. If they were negligent in performing the work, then they will have to
correct it immediately. Let me know.
Thanks

Michael is my contracting engineer for this project. Just some information for me.
Did our contractors get outside of the utility easement?
Are the trees within the utility easement?

Mr. Woolsey,
I have been informed by the owner of 824 Deforest, Mr. Turner, that your contractor for the gas relocation has
damaged his sprinkler system. This needs to be fixed ASAP and done properly, such that all dirt in the lines are
removed and does not cause clogging of the system. If needed, the homeowner can provide the contact info
for his sprinkler repair company.
It appears that the contractor is over digging in some locations and there is a fear that the existing trees may be
damaged. Your contractor needs to make sure they do not disturb any trees.
Also, the contractor is crossing his driveway with a track-hoe, can they use some protection when crossing the
driveways?
If I need to meet with your contractor directly please let me know.
Thank You, George
