I believe I responded that a city truck stopped to look at my issue.
They mentioned a way to raise the level but I’m not sure what the next steps will be
If you can give me the direct I will follow up to see how to best track this request
Thanks for all your help

Mr. Marshall
I live at 718 Stratford Ln. I am referencing the above project because I have water drainage
issue and I thought during such construction it could be a good time to see if my problem could be addressed.
I attached several pictures that may be helpful. I have owned this property since it was built in 2001
and have attempted to make changes to reduce any water run off to minimize the pooling but have only had minor
success.
In general the grade is not correct to support the street drainage to the gutter access at the end of Stratford Ln.
I am not sure if you are the correct contact but since I received your letter on the Deforest project I thought
I would start with you. As you will see in the pictures there are times the water supply needs to be flushed from fire
the hydrant which shows the water flow in an extreme state. Even so any water run off creates the same pooling
problem. I would be glad to meet and discuss any options that may be available.
Thanks in advance for any consideration or advice you may have
