Hello Mr.. Marshall,
My name is Sam Winkles and I received word yesterday that we were late getting this project relocated for the
City of Coppell. I must apologize for this getting through without my attention. It is our policy to wait for all
parcels to be acquired before we begin design Engineering and that has been especially the case with our
limited resources recently. I know that you've had all parcels since probably mid-August, but my team didn't
make me aware of that until late last week. Mike Cook was the original planner for the project, but has handed
this off to Larry Guay who is working to get this into Engineering asap. Again, I apologize for the delays and I will
follow this one through the process to ensure we get out of your way just as soon as possible. In the meantime,
if there's anything that can be done to work around us, we'd be glad to help facilitate that in anyway we can.
I'm sorry for the email, but I don't have much of a voice right now, but I wanted to contact you about the above
situation.
