Mr. Rothwell,
It looks like Time Warner will take another 3 weeks to move their utilities. Verizon will probably be about the same.
We plan on advertising for bid soon. Possibly next Friday or the following. Which would leave us a possible start date
sometime in June. I know this is further than originally thought but apparently it takes longer than I anticipated.
