It was a pleasure talking with you this afternoon. To follow up, I was going through the files and found the
attached existing easement that the city acquired back in 1996 for the sanitary sewer line. It looks as
though this sewer line is within a 25' easement from the right of way of Denton Tap. As discussed I will
incorporate this into a plan to show you the proposed sidewalk easement.

My name is George Marshall and I have taken over the Denton Tap Sidewalk project. I found your contact
info within the project files and wanted to touch base with you to find out where things have been left off.
As I understand you are the owner of 600 S. Denton Tap in Coppell. We are trying to fill in all of the gaps
along Denton Tap with sidewalk. Due to the narrow right of way along Denton Tap we need to acquire
several pieces of easement to complete this project. Please review the attached preliminary design of the
sidewalk along your subject tract. Please contact me and let me know if you have any questions or
concerns.
