Mr. Brittain,
I have attached a pdf of Sheet 7 of our plans. I am concerned with the easement on 580 Denton Tap. The
easement is in blue. If you notice as the easement runs north it stops in the driveway yet there is
additional sidewalk north of the driveway. I know this easement was drafted prior to me working on the
project. Is this something you could fix? What is it going to cost us? I know I have a similar problem on
500 Denton Tap but that easement is already recorded.
