Include a copy of the plat. 2. Add Lot 6 Block A to the cover page. 3. Include the Engineering firm's ID number on the plans. 4. Remove all the architectural sheets from the civil plan set. 5. You will need to provide inlet protection onsite and in Denton Tap. Paving Plan - 6. Move the sidewalk around the manhole. Grading Plan - 7. Where is the runoff collected? The overall utility plan for this site shows an inlet on this site to pick up runoff from the north. What does your drainage area map show? Utility Plan - 8. Label the meter size. 9. Will you need an irrigation meter? 10. Show the proposed fire hydrant on the utility plans. 11. There is not an existing sanitary sewer service, so you will need to tie into the main. Once these changes have been made, the plans will be approved. The City of Coppell requires three sets of final construction plans for its use; your office should submit as many additional sets for stamping as is necessary for construction operations. All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans approved by the City of Coppell along with a copy of the City's standard construction details. All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. The City charges a 2% inspection fee for all private construction outside the building's footprint. For all installations in the public right -of -way or easement, the City charges a 4% inspection fee. A check for inspection fees made to the City of Coppell should be submitted to this office along with the Construction Development Permit Application and a copy of the Construction Site Notice. For your convenience a spreadsheet is attached to the permit application for use in calculating the inspection fees. A copy of the contract(s) should be attached for verification purposes.
