What percent of work has been completed to date? Pay Application #3, dated 2/7/2011, paid a total of $110,030.12 with
$145,118.52 to complete. We are expecting a 4th pay application this week.
Total amount paid to Contractor to date? $110,030.12
What is the amount of retainage? %10
Is the Contractor paying labor and material bills? Do not know. Have not received any complaints.
Is the work progressing satisfactorily? Yes
Approximate completion date. 4/29/2011
