Hi George:
Hope all is well with you. I asked my landscaper to meet me at the property today to figure out
what is going on with the plant material there.
As it turns out, we have poor or nonexistent irrigation coverage now.
I gave the contractor the code to get into the closet to operate our controller back in March, but I
guess he fixed the leaks and just left.

Could we please get these guys moving on this before the heat gets here? I’ll be glad to meet
them there.
My building owner is also upset that some of the metal edging still needs to be raised in a few
places.
